Information and purposes
Our signup link opens a form hosted by Brevo. When you submit it, oomami receives your email address and the subscriptions you select: launch updates, peanut sauce sample interest, or both. Brevo may also process submission times, IP addresses, confirmation records, and technical data under its service settings and privacy notice. We use the selections to send the updates you requested. Registering sample interest does not reserve a sample.
If you email us, we receive your address, message, and any information you choose to include so we can respond. Website hosting and sign-in providers may process IP addresses, device or browser information, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
Service providers and external links
Brevo processes signup and email information on oomami’s behalf. Our email and hosting providers process information needed to provide their services. Opening Instagram or the signup form takes you to an external service with its own data practices.
Cookies and tracking
The website’s own code does not set cookies or browser storage and does not load analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party embeds. It does not track browsing across other websites or change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. Hosting, authentication, Brevo, and Instagram may process information separately when you use their services.
Your choices
Signing up is optional. Use the unsubscribe link in an oomami marketing email to stop all marketing emails. If an email offers topic preferences, you may use those instead. You can also email oomamimacros@gmail.com to request unsubscribe help.
For requests to review, correct, or delete information you provided, contact the same address. We may need to verify a request, and applicable law may permit or require some records to be retained. Unsubscribing does not necessarily delete records needed to prevent future marketing or meet legal obligations.
Changes
We will post changes to this notice here with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a materially different use of information.
